Our Exceptional Staff

We have an exceptional staff at the Eyecare Center that focuses on outstanding customer care and experience. Becky will greet you at our front desk and help you with your insurance/billing needs. Stacey, Ashley, and Autumn will help you with your examination and selecting the perfect eyewear or ordering contact lenses. Chad is our business manager and would love to help answer any questions you have. All of our team members have years of experience in the eye care world and want to help make your experience personal and exceptional!

Chad Larson

Business Manager

Chad is our business office manager. Chad has many duties such as managing the day to day operations, human resources, answering the phones, making appointments, and coordinating care during your visit.

Stacey

Eyewear Specialist

Stacey has her primary responsibilities in our optical department with over 15 years of experience. She is our “Eyewear Specialist”, with knowledge and experience in the newest frame and lens technologies as well as the latest eyewear styles and trends. She also helps with answering the phone, scheduling appointments, clinical care, eyewear adjustments, and referrals.

Becky

Insurance Specialist and Patient Care Coordinator

Becky is our patient care coordinator and most often the first contact with you in the reception area or on the telephone. She is here to help with making appointments, insurance claims and questions, and helping to coordinate your care within our clinical, optical, and contact lens care areas.

Ashley & Autumn

Contact Lens Experts

Ashley & Autumn have their primary responsibilities in our clinical department, specializing with contact lenses. They will help you get started with your appointment, answer any questions you may have, as well as order your contacts or eyewear. They both have knowledge and experience in the newest lens technologies as well as the latest eyewear styles and trends. They also help with eyewear adjustments, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, clinical care, and referrals.
